Scott Vertrees

Scott began his career over 20 years ago with Arthur Andersen & Co. Since then, Scott has managed and served as president for a number of both public and private companies, directing them through turnarounds, acquisitions, exceptional growth and outstanding customer service. Scott oversees all departments of Duvera, sets strategic vision, acts as a key player in establishing strategic business partnerships and is the presiding credit committee member.
Jeff Miller

Prior to joining Duvera, Jeff spent 16 years in the commercial banking and asset-based lending industry. Jeff’s extensive experience in structuring, selling and underwriting financing for growing companies lends itself to a superior level of expertise in his role at Duvera. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Jeff’s responsibilities include identifying and developing target markets, branding Duvera’s name, establishing strategic alliances, structuring finance programs and managing new business development.

Shawn Hanks

Shawn has been with Duvera since its inception and has 13 years sales and marketing experience, seven of which is in consumer contract financing. Shawn has a robust command of all aspects of the consumer finance industry and is responsible for new business development.
Rob Reardon

Rob brings to Duvera over 15 years of sales, sales management, business development and customer relationship experience. Prior to joining Duvera's team, Rob had great success as the Western Regional Sales Manager for a factoring company based in Seattle, WA.
Mary Jones
Operations Manager

Mary was part of the original team that started Duvera and imparts over seven years client service and management experience. As Operations Manager, Mary is accountable for client services, data entry and payment processing.
Rich Victor
Director of Billing & Collections

As Duvera’s Director of Billing and Collections, Rich brings over 16 years of first and third party collection experience. Prior to joining Duvera, Rich was a collection manager for the fifth largest collection agency in the country. Rich is responsible for overseeing Duvera’s billing and collection staff, and advising on strategies to optimize collection efforts for new client accounts.
Mike Call
Credit Manager

Mike joined Duvera in 2005 and brings seven years of experience in the consumer finance industry. As Duvera’s Credit Manager, Mike oversees underwriting of both consumer and corporate credit, and continually analyzes the performance of Duvera’s portfolios.
