1. Is there any special software to load?
   No, all clients and customers need is a web browser.
2. How long does it take to get a credit decision?
   Applications will receive a decision within seconds of submission.
3. Do customers have the option to sign electronically or provide handwritten signatures?
   Customers presented with the ability to sign a document electronically can choose to print out the agreement, sign it and mail it back to our client. DuveraDocs with eSignature just speeds up the process.
4. Are electronic signatures legally binding?
   Done properly, yes they are. In 2000, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("eSign Act") became effective. The eSign Act deems online electronic signatures to have a legal status equivalent to a written signature.
5. How safe are digital signature vs. handwritten signatures?
   Similar to "wet" signatures, digital signatures can be repudiated as forged. When this occurs, either method requires proving the contract was signed by the individual. DuveraDocs can verify the identity of the signer through various methods including email address confirmation, recording the signers IP address ID, and personal knowledge-based identification.
6. How do I know which contracts are signed and those that are still pending?
   DuveraDocs makes it easy with online reporting that will allow you to track which customers have signed and those that have not.
