If you are a customer whose account was formerly serviced by Fair Financial, you may access your account online to:

• make a payment,

• update your address and/or method of payment,

• request to receive monthly statements by email,

• review your account balance, and

• submit customer service requests to Duvera Financial

Please note that your password has been set to the last four (4) digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. If you do not have your Duvera ID number, or you are having problems accessing your account, please email Rich Victor at rich.victor@duvera.com to resolve the issue.
