• Annual revenues of $1MM to $25MM

• Operating losses, if any, do not exceed 10% of revenue

• Gross profit margins greater than 50%

• Minimum financing need or $25,000

• $1,000 to $10,000 individual contract size

• 6 to 48 month contract terms

• A, B & C credit quality account debtors (we’ll buy deeper with seasoning)
